Job Description:
- Schedule, co-ordinate, and supervise the daily activities at site as per the project's plan and with coordination with the engineering team
- Organize and monitor the work of subcontractors on site
- Ensure all works are carried out in line with approved method statements
- Implement company requirements and legal regulations, paying specific attention to HSE legislation and quality
- Co-ordinate delivery/pick up of materials as required
- Experience in maintenance and/or finishing is an advantage
Minimum Requirements:
- Applicant must have good communication skills
- Applicant must have at least 3 years of experience in the construction field in the U.A.E.
- Having a driving license is an advantage.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Experience:
- construction and maintenance: 3 years (Required)
