Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Typing & PRO Specialist to join our team on a full-time, commission-based basis. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of UAE government procedures and hands-on experience with typing and processing various government-related documents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately prepare and type visa applications, labour contracts, Emirates ID forms, and other legal/government documentation.
- Submit and process documents through UAE government portals such as GDRFA, MOHRE, ICP, and others.
- Manage visa issuance, renewals, cancellations, and employee-related processes.
- Maintain and update digital and physical records of all government transactions.
- Communicate and coordinate with government departments and typing centers as needed.
- Stay up to date with changes in UAE labour and immigration regulations.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in PRO or typing services within the UAE.
- Strong understanding of UAE government systems, regulations, and portals.
- Proficiency in Arabic and English typing is essential.
- Ability to manage tasks independently and meet deadlines under pressure.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Must be presentable, professional, and client-focused.
Note: This is a commission-based role only. Earnings are performance-driven, with high potential for candidates with strong networks and experience.
