Experience Required: 3+ Years in glass partition installation
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Glass Partition Foreman to join Dubai base interior fit-out team. You will be responsible for overseeing the site installation of glass partitions in residential, commercial and office projects. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with aluminum framing, glass fixing, silicone sealing, and reading technical drawings.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise glass partition installation activities at various project sites
- Ensure alignment, leveling, and proper finishing of glass panels and accessories
- Lead and guide a team of installers and helpers
- Interpret shop drawings and execute work accordingly
- Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards
- Coordinate with project engineers and other site supervisors
- Report daily progress and site requirements
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a foreman in glass partition work
- Skilled in working with toughened and laminated glass
- Familiar with partition systems (frameless, DGU, switchable glass, etc.)
- Ability to read and understand construction drawings
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of proper handling tools (glass lifters, polishers, silicone guns)
