Job Description:
We’re seeking a versatile and forward-thinking Graphic Designer to create high-impact visuals for social media, ATL, and BTL campaigns. You’ll be responsible for delivering engaging content across channels, with a strong command of both traditional and next-gen design tools, including AI-powered platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design eye-catching content for social media posts, stories, reels, and ads.
- Develop ATL assets (print, OOH, billboards) and BTL materials (brochures, POS, packaging).
- Collaborate with marketing and copy teams to conceptualize and execute creative ideas.
- Leverage AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, Firefly, Canva AI) for ideation, mockups, and fast prototyping.
- Ensure brand consistency across all visuals and campaign formats.
Requirements:
- 4 - 10 years of experience in graphic design (agency or brand-side).
- Strong knowledge of the latest design tools including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and AI design platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver for both digital and print mediums.
- Portfolio showcasing social, ATL, and BTL work.
- Strong attention to detail, visual storytelling, and time management.
