Position: Graphic Designer & Admin Assistant
Location: Dubai, UAE
Full-Time
At Blackbox, we believe in blending creativity with precision. We’re currently looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join our growing team — someone who can bring both design creativity and strong administrative skills to the table.
Key Responsibilities:
Graphic Design
- Create and edit visuals for social media, presentations, flyers, and marketing materials
- Use Canva, Photoshop or Adobe Creative Suite to maintain consistent brand identity
Admin Support
- Handle Excel-based reports, data entry, and basic documentation
- Assist with internal coordination, emails, scheduling, and supplier follow-ups
- Support office operations and team organization
Ideal Candidate:
- The applicant must be in the UAE
- Experience in basic graphic design (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Drive
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
- Previous experience in admin or office support roles is a plus
