Job Description:
We are seeking a Full Time Photographer/Videographer/Graphic Designer to join our team! You will create graphics to meet a commercial or promotional need. The ideal candidate is passionate about car visual storytelling, has a keen eye for detail, and possesses both photography/videography and graphic design expertise. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our brand's visual identity and capture compelling moments.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with our marketing and creative teams to understand project objectives and requirements.
Capture high-quality photographs and videos that align with the company's vision and brand.
Plan and execute photoshoots and video shoots, considering factors such as lighting, composition, and angles.
Edit and retouch photos and videos to enhance their quality and appeal.
Supports digital engagement programs with rich media content including graphics, photos, and videos.
Creating appropriate imagery for social media and web updates.
Edits, assembles, compresses and create posts final audio/video program material.
Upon completion of a project, archives digital files and maintains a library of physical files for reference and for easy retrieval and use.
As needed, designs and produces collateral material ensuring all graphic design work meets brand standards. Collateral may include brochures, data sheets, posters, presentation material, multimedia, Illustration, logo design, exhibit material, print ads, banner ads and packaging.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and techniques to continuously improve the quality of visual content.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Photography, Videography, Fine Arts, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
Minimum of 3 years proven experience in professional automotive photography, videography & graphic design. Familiarity with current photography and videography trends. Creative agency background a plus.
Videography, video editing, photography, photo editing and general graphic design skills a requirement
Proficiency in using professional photography and videography equipment and software.
Strong photo and video editing skills using tools such as Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Acrobat, and Microsoft office including PowerPoint.
Strong portfolio showcasing your skills and creativity is a must.
Excellent understanding of composition, lighting, and visual storytelling.
An understanding of branding, marketing, and consumer behavior and the ability to apply that knowledge to design.
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to adapt to different projects and styles.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Demonstrated accuracy with details and commitment to high standards of quality.
Self-motivated and team-oriented individual with the ability to drive results yet work independently.
Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines while producing quality work.

Fluent proficiency in spoken and written English, enabling clear communication and understanding of project requirements.
