Head – Food and Beverage Management

What you’ll deliver
•You’ll provide leadership across a portfolio of food and beverage categories, contract management, stakeholder relationship, category alignment and development, planning and execution, as well as drive KPI performance, audit and risk management.
•You'll be responsible to drive food and beverage sales, revenue, concept development and customer service standards from our portfolio through the delivery of the world's best food and beverage customer experience.
•You'll have a detailed understanding of global food and beverage trends, an in-depth knowledge of key data points in relation to performance and guest demographics, and working with our commercial partners, plan and deliver detailed category management plans which are aligned to our ever changing and demanding customers' requirements.
•You’ll implement operational excellence initiatives to ensure impeccable standards and delivery of best-in-class service is achieved.
In summary, you’ll provide expert advice to concession partners and key stakeholders on all aspects of category management and the airport operating environment, to encourage innovative practices and support delivery of business and policy directions, revenue and customer service standards. You will also establish performance standards and evaluation processes to assess and report on food and beverage performance in terms of progress, ASQ, Mystery Shopper and financial results, customer satisfaction, value and cost.
What you bring
•You should be educated to a degree level or a field relevant to Business Management, Hospitality, Commerce or related with a minimum of 10-12 years of relevant experience.
•You’ll have core experience in developing and implementing business plans for Food and Beverage sector, previous experience in account management, revenue management, contract management and stakeholder management.
•You’ll understand Tariffs and concessions as well as cargo industry health & safety awareness.
•You’ll have strong Analytical and Data-Driven Decision-Making skills and have previous experience of Food & Beverage category development.
