Overview

Job Description

• Ensuring continuity of care within the geriatric department both during the day and at night
• Organization, coordination and supervision of nursing activities and implementation of nursing services for the geriatric department
• Management and allocation of staff in the geriatric department according to the needs of the hospital
• Drawing up the planning and management of the schedules of the available staff
• Communicate and collaborate closely with various internal and external stakeholders in the geriatric department
• Communicate and collaborate closely with various internal and external stakeholders within the geriatrics department
• Disseminating information and ensuring good communication between the various stakeholders
• Organizing team meetings to maintain team cohesion and consultation
• Ensuring and organizing the continuous training of the team (knowledge and practices, etc.)

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
• Master's degree in healthcare or equivalent
• Professional title in geriatrics
• At least 3 years of experience in managing a hospital department and/or service
• You prioritize patient safety
• You are willing to participate in regular training and work constructively in a technical and innovative working environment
• Leadership skills
