1. Job Purpose
The Head of Sales & Business Development is responsible for driving the organization's sales performance through strategic planning, market analysis, and cross-functional collaboration. This role will develop and implement sales strategies, identify market opportunities, build strong client relationships, and lead the sales team to achieve revenue and growth objectives.

3. Qualifications & Skills
* Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
* Work Experience: 15+ years of experience in sales strategy, business development, or related functions.
* Skills:
* Proven track record of achieving sales targets in competitive markets.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
* Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
* Demonstrated leadership experience in managing and motivating sales teams.
