We are looking for a talented and strategically-minded Head of Design who can build a brand’s visual communication from the very first guidelines to powerful digital and offline products. Expect a creative mix of UX/UI, branding, creative concepts, and print design. We value designers who not only make things beautiful but create business-driven, functional designs.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a creative design team (growth, processes, guidance)
- Develop and evolve brand and product visual identities
- Prepare print-ready layouts (catalogs, posters, etc.)
- Create digital banners for ads, landing pages, and social media
- Work on UX/UI: user flow, logic, interfaces
- Oversee design documentation, source files, and templates
- Collaborate with producers, marketers, and top management.
Requirements
- Portfolio showcasing a systematic approach to design.
- Proficiency in Figma and Illustrator.
- Understanding of technical requirements for print production.
- Experience working with premium brands — a strong plus.
- Ability to think strategically and work hands-on.
