Fintrek Marketing is urgently hiring dynamic and target-driven Sales Executives to join our fast-growing credit card sales team in Dubai. Whether you're a fresh graduate looking for your first break we have the perfect platform to grow, earn, and succeed!
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell credit card products from top UAE banks
- Conduct field sales, cold calling, and customer follow-ups
- Understand client financial needs and recommend suitable cards
- Achieve monthly sales targets, KPIs, and conversions
- Maintain accurate daily activity and client tracking reports
- Ensure all applications comply with UAE banking policies
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Freshers with strong communication & confidence encouraged to apply
- Prior experience in credit card, DSA, or financial sales is a strong plus
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Highly self-motivated, sales-focused, and goal-driven
- Fluent in English (Hindi, Urdu, Arabic are an advantage)
- Must be based in the UAE and available to join immediately
- Well-groomed and professionally presented for client-facing role
