Position Overview
The Private Jet Charter Sales & Operations Executive will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, managing charter bookings, and overseeing operational arrangements. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of the private aviation market, exceptional client relationship skills, and the ability to deliver a high-end travel experience tailored to individual client needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with companies, brokers, and high-net-worth individuals requiring private jet services.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the private aviation market.
- Handle client inquiries, understand requirements, and prepare tailored charter proposals.
- Coordinate all aspects of the charter process, including aircraft selection, flight arrangements, crew coordination, and service requests.
- Ensure seamless communication between clients, operations teams, and service providers.
- Manage post-flight follow-up to ensure client satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of aircraft availability, pricing structures, and operational regulations.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience in private aviation, luxury travel, or high-end hospitality sales.
- Strong network or understanding of private jet charter clients and market trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage high-pressure situations while maintaining premium service standards.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work outside standard hours to meet client needs.
Preferred Background
- Previous experience in private jet charter sales, aviation brokerage, luxury travel sales, or VIP client services.
- Familiarity with flight operations, aircraft types, and industry regulations.
- Multilingual skills are an advantage.
