Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Ensure all areas of the hotel or facility are clean and tidy, including lobbies, hallways, and restrooms.
- Replace linens and toiletries, and ensure all supplies are stocked and organized.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management.
- Follow established procedures for handling and disposing of hazardous materials.
- Provide exceptional service to guests and address any requests or concerns in a professional manner.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and respect for guests' privacy.
