We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR & Administration Coordinator to join our team and contribute to the smooth functioning of our operations.
Job Summary:
The HR & Administration Coordinator will be responsible for supporting daily human resources and administrative operations. This role requires a hands-on professional who can manage multiple tasks efficiently and ensure alignment with company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment processes: job postings, shortlisting, interviews, and onboarding
- Maintain and update employee records and HR documents
- Assist with payroll preparation and attendance tracking
- Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communication
- Organize administrative procedures, office supplies, and facility services
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies
- Handle general administrative tasks and support departmental needs
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in a similar HR/Admin role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Proficient in MS Office; experience with HR software is a plus
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive matters professionally

Pay: AED3,500.00 per month
