Job Description:
Al Ikhaa Contracting LLC is seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented HR and Admin Officer with hands-on experience in handling MOHRE (Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation) and GDFRA (General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs) processes. The ideal candidate will oversee HR operations, administrative tasks, and government-related documentation to ensure compliance with UAE regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources (HR):
- Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
- Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and attendance.
- Process employee work permits, labor cards, and employment contracts through MOHRE.
- Handle payroll, leave management, and employee benefits in compliance with UAE labor laws.
- Assist in employee performance management and engagement activities.
MOHRE & GDFRA Works:
- Process new visa applications, visa renewals, and cancellations.
- Handle medical fitness tests, Emirates ID processing, and visa stamping.
- Coordinate with PROs for MOHRE and GDFRA-related submissions.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor and immigration regulations.
Administration:
- Manage office supplies, vendor coordination, and maintenance.
- Draft and circulate official memos, correspondence, and reports.
- Support senior management with scheduling, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
- Maintain accurate filing systems for HR and administrative documentation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in HR and administration, including MOHRE and GDFRA processes.
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and government systems.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Fluency in English & Malayalam.
