We are a premier lifestyle management company based in Dubai, specializing in luxury services across travel, private aviation, concierge, real estate, and yacht charters. To support our rapid growth, we are seeking a dynamic HR Executive who can take ownership of recruitment and HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead full-cycle recruitment with a focus on sourcing top talent for luxury travel, lifestyle, and related sectors.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and deliver high-quality candidates.
- Manage relationships with recruitment consultancies and industry networks.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and handle employee documentation, contracts, and records.
- Support HR operations including onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement.
- Contribute to building a strong employer brand within the luxury services industry.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within luxury travel, lifestyle management, or recruitment consultancy.
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage HR operations with attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
