To provide operational support to the HR Regional Head of the given region in institutionalization of new HR initiatives / plans
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage day to day HR activities in the organisation.
- Assist HRBP in collating any Employee data as needed.
- Assist implementation of Reward & Recognition programs in the zone.
- Implement programs to continuously engage and motivate staff to achieve superior results.
- Coordinate with selected candidates for BV documentations.
- Ensure compliance to the all VFS Global HR Guidelines / standards set for the employees.
- Ensure adherence to all applicable policies, procedures/ regulations and statutory requirements.
- Judicious use of natural resources
- Shall adhere to the environment health and safety policy/objectives and guidelines of the organization.
Requirements
- Candidates must have their own valid visa
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer service-oriented with a strong dedication to customer satisfaction.
- Proficiency in using computer applications and office equipment. Ability to handle a high volume of customers while maintaining composure and professionalism.
- Detail-oriented and organized with good time management skills.
- Experience: 0 – 12 months of experience in any industry, preferably in Travel and Tourism or Service industry.
- Basic Knowledge of Computer skills
- Proficiency in MS office & good typing speed
- Adaptability and presence of mind to handle customer queries and complaints.
