HR Manager Female

i Train Gym is growing, and we are seeking a passionate and experienced Female HR Manager to lead and develop our HR processes. If you're someone who thrives in a fast-paced, women-focused environment and can handle everything from recruitment to team engagement – we want to meet you!

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement
• Manage employee records, payroll coordination, and attendance systems
• Handle HR policy development and updates
• Foster a positive and productive workplace culture
• Manage staff performance evaluations and training programs
• Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and regulations
• Mediate employee concerns and resolve conflicts

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of HR experience in the UAE
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Admin, or related field
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
• Knowledge of UAE labor law and HR best practices
• Proficient in MS Office and HR software
• Female candidates only (as per job role requirements)
