As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced and motivated HR Executive to join our HR team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and performance management.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with best practices and applicable laws.
- Lead recruitment efforts by posting job openings, conducting interviews, and managing the onboarding process.
- Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance improvement plans.
- Administer employee benefits programs and assist with inquiries and enrollment.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Provide guidance and support to HR staff.
- Manage office operations, including office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
- Provide administrative support to management and staff.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Other administrative tasks as assigned.
Candidates with their own valid work visas or residency permits in UAE will be given preference.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
