- Prepare, process, and review payroll for all employees on a timely basis.
- Maintain accurate payroll records including attendance, leave, overtime, and deductions.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, and internal policies.
- Handle payroll-related queries from employees promptly.
- Prepare monthly payroll reports for management and finance.
- Coordinate with HR for new hires, terminations, and changes in employee details.
- Process end-of-service benefits, gratuities, and final settlements.
- Liaise with government agencies regarding payroll-related submissions and updates.
- Maintain confidentiality of all payroll and employee data.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or HR.
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in payroll processing and HR support.
- Knowledge of UAE Labor Law and WPS (Wage Protection System) preferred.
- Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in payroll software and MS Excel.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
