We are looking for a male or female HR recruiter with 2 years of experience in the same field. We are a Facilities Management based company in Abu Dhabi.
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to support our recruitment efforts by identifying, shortlisting, and coordinating potential candidates for various positions. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of local hiring practices, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Source, review, and screen CVs to match job requirements and company standards
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Conduct initial phone or video screenings to assess qualifications and suitability
- Maintain and update candidate databases and tracking systems
- Work closely with department heads to understand staffing needs
- Post job advertisements on appropriate job boards and social media platforms
- Ensure timely follow-up with candidates and provide feedback when necessary
- Assist in preparing offer letters and onboarding documents
- Stay up to date with local labor laws, market trends, and recruitment best practices in the UAE
- Support other HR-related tasks and projects as required
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in screening CVs within the UAE
- Familiarity with UAE labor laws and recruitment procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities

Pay: AED 1,800.00 – AED 2,000.00 per month
