Job Overview
GET Global Group is currently looking for experienced HSE Officers and HSE Supervisors to support oil and gas operations in the Middle East. The successful candidates will play a key role in ensuring compliance with HSE regulations and fostering a strong safety culture across field operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and enforce HSE policies and procedures at project sites
- Conduct safety inductions, toolbox talks, and risk assessments
- Monitor daily site activities and ensure compliance with safety standards
- Investigate incidents, near misses, and prepare reports with corrective actions
- Coordinate with site management and field teams to promote safe practices
- Maintain safety documentation and ensure up-to-date records for audits
- Participate in client and internal HSE meetings and inspections
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 3–7 years of HSE experience in oil and gas operations
- Previous field experience in the Middle East is highly preferred
- In-depth knowledge of HSE regulations, risk management, and incident reporting
- Familiar with industry standards such as OSHA, NEBOSH, ISO 45001
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in remote areas and rotational shifts
