Role Overview
We are seeking a qualified and proactive HSE Officer to oversee the Health, Safety, and Environmental aspects of our Telecom, IoT Projects. The role involves ensuring compliance with UAE HSE regulations, client requirements, and company policies, while promoting a safe and healthy working environment across all project sites.
Key Responsibilities
- HSE Compliance & Monitoring:
- Implement, monitor, and enforce company HSE policies and procedures on all project sites.
- Ensure compliance with UAE laws, regulations, and client-specific HSE standards.
- Conduct site inspections, risk assessments, and hazard identifications regularly.
- Documentation & Reporting:
- Maintain updated records of HSE reports, incident logs, near-miss reports, and corrective actions.
- Prepare HSE documentation for tenders, pre-qualifications, and client submissions.
- Track and update project-specific HSE plans and method statements.
- Training & Awareness:
- Conduct HSE inductions and toolbox talks for staff, subcontractors, and site visitors.
- Promote HSE awareness and ensure safe work practices are implemented at all levels.
- Develop and deliver training sessions as required.
- Incident & Emergency Response:
- Lead incident investigations and ensure proper root cause analysis and corrective action implementation.
- Support emergency response drills and preparedness programs.
- Coordination & Communication:
- Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and subcontractors on all HSE-related matters.
- Escalate HSE issues and recommend corrective/preventive actions.
- Report directly to management on HSE performance and compliance status.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or related field.
- NEBOSH IGC / IOSH / OSHA certification or equivalent mandatory.
- Minimum 3–5 years of HSE experience in telecom, construction, or oil & gas projects.
- Strong knowledge of UAE HSE laws, regulations, and standards.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and reporting skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- UAE Driving License preferred.
- Available to join immediately.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
