The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering comprehensive health, safety, and environmental training programs to enhance workplace safety and compliance across various industries. Responsibilities: - Develop and deliver engaging HSE training sessions tailored to different audiences and industries. - Assess training needs and create customized materials to meet organizational safety goals. - Conduct risk assessments and safety audits to identify areas for improvement. - Collaborate with management to implement effective safety protocols and procedures. - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HSE regulations and best practices. - Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness and provide feedback for continuous improvement. - Prepare training reports and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or related field. - Proven experience as an HSE Trainer or similar role in a training environment. - Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences. - Strong knowledge of UAE health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards. - Certification in NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent is highly desirable. - Ability to develop customized training materials and conduct practical workshops. - Proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to promoting a culture of safety. - Fluency in English; proficiency in Hindi is a plus.
