Key Responsibilities: - Manage staff issues and provide support to employees, ensuring a positive workplace environment. - Oversee payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. - Drive recruitment efforts to attract top talent for various positions within our park. - Handle visa-related matters for our international staff, ensuring compliance with local regulations. - Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff skills and promote career development. - Collaborate with management to align HR strategies with organizational goals. Qualifications: - Proven experience in a similar HR role, preferably within the hotel or hospitality industry. - Strong knowledge of payroll systems and HR software. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. - Familiarity with visa processes and regulations. - Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism. - A proactive approach to problem-solving and conflict resolution.
