- Reporting to Director of F&B
- Implementing systems in restaurant and conducting checks to ensure that all food handlers practice good food and personal hygiene when preparing food.
- Ensuring that food handlers observe and follow systems in place.
- Overseeing the cleanliness of the food premises.
- Following and enforcing all sanitation procedures in restaurants.
- Monitoring all work stations and dressing procedures in the restaurant.
- Preparing SOPs, working out cleaning schedules, and their implementation along with the chief steward.
- Staff training (kitchen, service, engineering, stewarding, and all other applicable such as receiving officer).

Pay: From AED6,500.00 per month
Experience:
- Hospitality Industry: 1 year (Required)
