We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join our IWPB team, working together with colleagues to define, manage and achieve divisional business targets.
- Strategically plan, control, and direct the implementation of the latest banking solutions that help to upgrade or streamline activities managed by the bank’s internal users to provide quality service experience to the clients.
- Be the key central contact for any service team/process related issues that branch operations face and will be mandated to provide overall resolution within reasonable time.
- Coordinate and collate daily/monthly MI submission which is required from branches by various stakeholders.
- The job holder will provide input and drive certain projects related to branch processes/operations while working closely with central teams such as business performance, CVM, Customer Experience, and other relevant stakeholders.
Knowledge / Experience
- Graduation degree is a must – to secure a UAE Visa and Work Permit
- Proven and progressive branch banking and operations experience or equivalent.
- Strong working knowledge of the branch network system, policies, procedures, and regulations related to branch processes, retail products and organization structure.
- Effective communications, leadership management skills, customer service, problem-solving, decision-making ability, lateral thinking, and interpersonal skills.
