Role Description
This is a full-time role for an Indoor Sales Executive, based on-site in Ajman. The indoor sales executive will be responsible for engaging with customers to understand their building material needs, offering product recommendations, and closing sales. Daily tasks include managing customer inquiries, preparing sales quotations, processing orders, and maintaining product knowledge. Additionally, the role involves following up with clients to ensure satisfaction and addressing any post-sale concerns.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and customer service skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to understand customer needs and provide appropriate product recommendations
- 3 years Experience in the building materials industry
- Proficiency in preparing sales quotations and processing orders
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
