We are on a growth journey – now looking for our next star – a passionate Sales Operations Leader to support our MENA region for Mobile Cooling Solution.
As an Inside Sales Coordinator in the MENA MCS team, you will be involved in several activities to support and enable the growth of the Mobile Cooling Solutions (MCS) business across the MENA region. This role will be responsible for driving sales excellence, optimizing sales processes, enabling the commercial team, and ensuring seamless operational execution to support our strategic growth targets. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, process, and leadership capabilities with experience in regional sales operations.
You will participate also on fairs and exhibitions.
Your main responsibilities
Sales Operations Management:
Lead and continuously improve all sales operations processes including forecasting, pipeline management, order processing, pricing governance, and sales performance tracking.
Coordinate and process sales orders from receipt to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timely execution
Support the field sales team with quotations, proposals, and follow-up communications.
Maintain and update sales databases, CRM systems, and customer records
Liaise with logistics, finance, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment
Business Analytics & Reporting:
Develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and actionable reports that provide visibility into sales performance, customer trends, and business opportunities.
Sales Enablement:
Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Commercial leaders to ensure the sales team is equipped with the right tools, training, processes, and resources to succeed.
Process Optimization:
Streamline and standardize sales processes across the MENA region to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
CRM Administration:
Manage and continuously improve CRM usage and data integrity, providing training and guidance to ensure adoption and maximize value.
Commercial Planning Support:
Partner with Sales and Finance to develop and monitor sales budgets, quotas, and incentive programs aligned to business objectives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Act as a key liaison between Sales, Supply Chain, Customer Service, and Finance to ensure seamless order execution and customer satisfaction.
Market Intelligence:
Gather, analyze, and disseminate competitive intelligence, market trends, and customer feedback to support sales strategies.
Pricing and Quotation Management
Create customized price sheets based on agreed business terms to ensure margin targets are achieved.
Prepare accurate sales quotations for customers and generate purchase orders for suppliers/factories.
Inventory Monitoring
Monitor internal stock and spare parts levels, ensuring optimum stock availability in Jebel Ali warehouse through team discussions.
Cross-functional Coordination
Liaise with logistics and finance teams to resolve operational matters, including shipping, billing, and payment follow-up.
Cross-check invoices and purchase orders sent or received for accuracy and completeness

A suitable background would be the following in terms of qualifications and experiences:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Operations, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Excellence, or similar roles, ideally in the Mobile Cooling, Automotive, or related industries.
- Strong knowledge of the MENA region’s commercial landscape and cultural nuances.
- Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and advanced Excel/data analytics.
- Proven ability to lead process improvements and manage complex sales cycles.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
