About the Role
We are seeking a result-driven and persuasive Inside Sales Executive (Female) to join our team. This is a pure sales role, focused on converting leads into successful admissions through calls, follow-ups, and handling walk-in clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound/outbound calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and assigned leads.
- Convert leads into admissions by explaining courses and addressing objections.
- Handle walk-in clients/parents at the branch, give them a tour of the branch/studio, explain our services, and ensure closures.
- Follow up consistently until admission is confirmed.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales/admission targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM/Excel.
Requirements
- Female candidates only.
- Prior experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer handling preferred.
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and closing skills.
- Strong focus on achieving targets.
- Presentable, confident, and customer-oriented.
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel/CRM).
- Immediate joining preferred.
