We are seeking a proactive Inside Sales & Operations Executive( Female) who is fluent in Arabic to support our sales and operational functions. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role and will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, processing orders, and coordinating internally to ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients in Arabic and English via phone, email, and chat.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, invoices, and sales orders.
- Handle customer inquiries, provide product details, and assist in closing sales.
- Maintain and update customer records and CRM systems.
- Support inventory tracking, sales reports, and internal documentation.
- Provide after-sales support and assist with resolving client issues.
Requirements:
- 1 year of experience in sales coordination, inside sales, or operations.
- Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
