Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Insurance Estimator with deep knowledge of automotive body and mechanical repairs, especially in luxury vehicles. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate estimates for insurance claims, communicating with insurers, and ensuring repair approvals are processed efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect vehicles and assess damage accurately
- Prepare cost estimates using standard insurance platforms
- Communicate with insurance companies to justify and approve claims
- Coordinate with internal teams (denter, painter, mechanic) for job scoping
- Document repair processes and maintain detailed records
- Ensure estimates meet brand-specific repair standards (Mercedes-Benz, Porsche, etc.)
- Monitor and follow up on claim status until approval
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in automotive insurance estimating
- Familiarity with estimation software (e.g., Audatex, CCC, Mitchell)
- Strong knowledge of vehicle body and mechanical repair workflows
- Prior experience with high-end/luxury vehicles preferred
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Fluent in English; Arabic or Hindi/Urdu is a plus
- UAE driving license preferred
