Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, manage, and maintain detailed BIM models for interior fit-out projects using Revit and other BIM software.
- Create accurate and detailed 3D models and construction documents for fit-out projects.
- Collaborate with architects, interior designers, and other project stakeholders to ensure integrated and cohesive models.
- Conduct clash detection and resolve design conflicts in coordination with project teams.
- Implement and adhere to BIM standards and best practices within the organization.
- Provide technical support and training to team members on BIM processes and Revit.
- Assist in the preparation of project documentation, including specifications and schedules.
- Participate in project meetings, providing insights and updates on BIM coordination and design.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in BIM modeling with a strong focus on interior fit-out projects.
- Proficient in Revit and other BIM software such as Navisworks and AutoCAD.
- Strong understanding of interior design principles, fit-out processes, and construction methods.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects.
