Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Emirati Interior Designer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in conceptualizing, designing, and executing interior spaces for residential, commercial, and hospitality projects. This position offers the opportunity to work on high-profile projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to the creation of inspiring, functional environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop design concepts and space planning layouts aligned with client requirements and project goals.
- Create mood boards, material palettes, and presentations for client approvals.
- Produce detailed drawings, 3D renderings, and technical specifications.
- Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and vendors throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Stay updated with current design trends, materials, and technology in the industry.
- Support in preparing BOQs, material selections, and procurement lists.
- Engage with clients and consultants for design presentations and feedback.
Requirements:
- UAE National (Emirati) with a valid Family Book.
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong visual design skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Arabic.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Team player with a proactive and creative mindset.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in residential, retail, or hospitality design projects.
- Familiarity with local authority approvals and fit-out procedures in the UAE.
- Knowledge of sustainable and smart design principles is a plus.
