We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Interior Fit-out Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating, monitoring, and supporting the successful execution of interior fit-out projects from inception to completion, ensuring timelines, quality standards, and client requirements are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee day-to-day site activities related to interior fit-out projects.
- Assist the Project Manager in planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Communicate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and progress updates.
- Monitor project timelines and highlight potential risks or delays to management.
- Ensure all works comply with quality, safety, and design standards.
- Support in material approvals, procurement, and delivery follow-ups.
- Conduct site inspections and coordinate snag lists until project handover.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Interior Design (preferred).
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in interior fit-out project coordination within UAE/GCC.
- Strong knowledge of fit-out materials, finishes, and construction processes.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD (preferred), and project management tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
