Responsibilities:
- Preparation of cost plans, estimates, BOQs Measurement, take-offs based on standard method of measurements.
- Collaborate with design team for cost studies, value engineering etc.
- Preparation of Tender documentation.
Requirements:
- Demonstrable track record in the successful delivery of pre and post contract cost management services.
- Knowledge and understanding of all infrastructure elements ie. bridges, roads, marine etc. and overall construction costs.
- Must have proficiency in utilities.
- Must have Masterplanning experience.
- Degree in Quantity Surveying from recognized University.
- Min 5 to 10 years’ experience in the Middle East.
- Knowledge in the use of QS software Cost X or similar is required.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
- Possess good project background and proven English language technical writing ability and skills.
