About Us:
We are currently looking for a reliable and organized Inventory and Procurement Officer to join our team and help keep our operations running smoothly.
Job Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage stock levels across all departments.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock checks.
- Forecast supply needs and place orders accordingly.
- Source and negotiate with suppliers for best pricing and delivery terms.
- Track incoming deliveries and follow up on late or missing shipments.
- Work closely with the finance and operations teams to align purchasing with budgets and project needs.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and organization of stock items.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in inventory data.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in inventory management and/or procurement.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good negotiation and communication skills.
- Comfortable using inventory or ERP software (e.g., Excel, Zoho, SAP, etc.).
