Key Responsibilities: Prepare and grill Iranian-style kababs such as: Joojeh Kabab (chicken tikka) Koobideh (minced lamb/beef) Shishlik (lamb chops) Barg and Tikka-style marinated meats Handle traditional charcoal or gas grill cooking Marinate meats using authentic Iranian spices and techniques Maintain high standards of food hygiene, freshness, and taste Ensure proper portion control and minimize food waste Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and grilling area Support inventory and ordering of meat and spices as needed Work as part of a team and assist other kitchen staff when required Job Requirements: Minimum 2–3 years experience in Iranian or Persian BBQ cuisine Expertise in traditional marination and grilling methods Able to work under pressure and maintain consistency in flavor Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards Physically fit to handle heat and long hours on the grill Good communication and team collaboration skills Immediate availability preferred
