Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the IT strategy aligned with business goals and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee the development, deployment, and maintenance of Fintech applications and platforms.
- Ensure robust cybersecurity measures and compliance with UAE financial regulations.
- Lead cloud infrastructure management, ensuring high availability and scalability.
- Manage IT budgets, vendor relationships, and technology investments.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
- Ensure data security, governance, and compliance with PCI DSS, GDPR, and UAE financial laws.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, operations, and compliance, to support business growth.
- Implement best practices in DevOps, AI, blockchain, and emerging Fintech technologies.
- Build and lead a high-performing IT team, fostering innovation and continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT leadership within a Fintech company in the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of banking APIs, payment gateways, blockchain, and digital wallets.
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and microservices architecture.
- Experience with cybersecurity frameworks, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
- Proven ability to lead IT strategy, budgeting, and large-scale technology projects.
- Strong understanding of AI, machine learning, and automation in financial services is a plus.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
