Job Description
The Pre-Sales Analyst will be responsible for supporting the sales team in identifying opportunities, developing technical proposals, and projecting solutions, acting as a bridge between the client and the company's technical departments.
They will collaborate with the sales team to understand client challenges and propose appropriate technical solutions;
gather technical requirements from clients and translate business needs into viable solutions;
prepare technical presentations and product/service projections;
support the development of commercial and technical proposals (RFPs, RFIs, etc.);
participate in meetings with clients and partners for technical clarifications;
work with internal departments (engineering, projects, support) to ensure the proposed goals are met;
and stay up-to-date on market trends, product portfolios, and IT solutions.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields;
Proven experience in pre-sales or technical consulting in IT solutions for over 5 years;
Technical knowledge in areas such as infrastructure, cloud computing, networking, collaboration, information security, enterprise software, etc.;
Technical certifications (Microsoft, AWS, Cisco, Fortinet, Checkpoint, VMware, etc.);
Communication skills to translate technical concepts into accessible language;
