Job Summary:
We are currently hiring a skilled JCB Operator to operate hydraulic or mechanical boom equipment used for breaking rock, concrete, or hard surfaces on construction sites. The operator will be responsible for safely handling the JEB machine to support excavation, demolition, and trenching operations across various projects in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate JCB (Jackhammer Excavator Boom) or breaker machines to break rock, concrete, or pavement.
- Follow site plans and supervisor instructions for excavation and breaking locations.
- Conduct pre-operation checks and basic maintenance of the equipment.
- Ensure safe working practices and use of PPE in compliance with UAE safety standards.
- Monitor machine performance and immediately report faults or breakdowns.
- Maintain clear communication with site supervisors, excavator operators, and ground workers.
- Assist with other on-site duties when equipment is not in use.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience operating JEB or hydraulic breaker machines.
- Knowledge of safe operating procedures for heavy equipment.
- Valid UAE heavy equipment operator license (if required).
- Physically fit and capable of working in hot outdoor conditions.
- Understanding of construction site safety practices.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience on infrastructure or utility projects in the UAE or GCC region.
- Multilingual abilities (e.g., Hindi, Urdu, Arabic, English) are a plus.
- Familiarity with UAE labor and safety regulations.
