Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Jewellery Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, a passion for jewellery, and the ability to create a memorable shopping experience for every client. You will play a key role in driving sales, building client relationships, and upholding the brand's reputation for quality and service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist customers with a high level of professionalism and courtesy
- Understand customer needs and recommend jewellery products accordingly
- Present, explain, and demonstrate product features (e.g., metals, stones, pricing, care)
- Achieve or exceed individual and store sales targets
- Maintain knowledge of current collections, promotions, and trends
- Ensure the sales floor and displays are clean, organized, and visually appealing
- Process customer transactions accurately using POS systems
- Handle product packaging, warranty information, and after-sales service
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through excellent service and follow-up
- Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory control
- Comply with all security, health, and safety procedures
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience in retail sales (jewellery or luxury retail experience preferred)
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of customer service orientation and attention to detail
- Ability to meet sales targets and work in a team environment
- Well-groomed and professional appearance
- Basic computer skills (POS, billing systems, inventory software)
- Must be fluent in Hindi.
- High School Diploma or equivalent
