Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Joinery Foreman to supervise and manage all joinery works in the workshop and on-site. The role requires good leadership, technical knowledge of carpentry/joinery, and the ability to deliver projects on time with quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and guide joiners/carpenters in daily work.
- Ensure joinery works are done as per drawings and specifications.
- Monitor quality, finishing, and safety on-site and in the workshop.
- Check materials, tools, and request supplies when needed.
- Coordinate with project managers and site teams to meet deadlines.
- Prepare simple daily or weekly progress reports.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in joinery/fit-out works.
- At least 2 years in a supervisory or foreman role.
- Strong knowledge of joinery production, assembly, and installation.
- Ability to read drawings and lead a team effectively.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
