Jr. Estimator – Joinery & Interior Design
We are looking for a detail-oriented Jr. Estimator with 3 - 5 years of proven UAE experience in the joinery and interior design industry. The candidate will be responsible for preparing cost estimates and supporting the commercial and project teams to ensure cost-effective project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze project drawings, specifications, and tender documents to prepare detailed cost estimates.
- Prepare BOQs, take-offs, and pricing for joinery and interior design works.
- Evaluate labor, material, and time requirements for each project & production.
- Work closely with design, production, procurement, and project management teams to ensure cost alignment.
- Update cost databases and maintain estimation records to ensure smooth workflow and timely execution.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 3 - 5 years of UAE-based experience in estimation within the joinery and interior design industry.
- Knowledge of materials, production processes, and finishes in joinery works.
- Proficient in reading architectural and shop drawings.
- Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and estimation software.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work under pressure.
Preferred Candidate:
- Based in the UAE with a valid and transferable visa.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.
