- To inspect the proper bar opening and closing. During operation ensure the bar is stocked to set PAR level, F.I.F.O, daily bar checklist, communication, and maintenance report.
- Check the pouring time and weigh the coffee shot as per the standard to get better quality.
- To order coffee, tea, fruits, and milk if necessary.
- Inform 86 item’s, push item’s as well the daily special such mocktails/juice & coffee special.
- Weekly inventory of coffee/juice/mocktails & tea item’s and ordering to the supplier the item’s that running low
- To ensure that the bar is organized,clean and tidy at all times.
- Report to the Senior(manager,head waitress) any kinds of incidents that happened during operation.
- Ability to work under pressure.
