- Prepare and maintain general ledger entries and ensure timely month-end and year-end closings.
- Reconcile bank statements and financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
- Prepare accurate financial reports, statements, and forecasts.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards and internal policies.
- Support external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoice processing and payment follow-ups.
- Monitor and report on company’s financial performance and suggest improvements.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of accounting records.
- Collaborate with other departments for financial data and ensure timely reporting.
