Job Description:
We are currently looking for a Junior Accountant cum Admin to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a background in accounting along with administrative experience, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day accounting tasks including data entry, invoicing, and petty cash.
- Assist with bank reconciliations and maintaining financial records.
- Prepare and manage basic financial reports.
- Coordinate with clients and follow up on payments.
- Perform general administrative duties such as filing, document control, and office coordination.
- Support internal teams with administrative tasks as needed.
- Managing communication between clients and team members.
- Preparing letters, invoices, reports, and official documents.
- Assisting management and other departments with day-to-day tasks.
- Maintaining accurate company records, data entry, and database updates.
- Booking and arranging appointments
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Basic knowledge of accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or similar).
- Strong organizational and communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Must be currently residing in the UAE.
- Immediate availability is a plus.
