• Create detailed architectural and technical drawings of building layouts, systems, and maintenance zones.
• Convert on-site observations and engineering notes into precise digital blueprints using AutoCAD or equivalent software.
• Update existing building plans to reflect changes from maintenance, renovation, or system upgrades.
• Coordinate with maintenance supervisors and engineers to ensure plans are accurate and actionable.
• Maintain organized archives of building plans and related technical documentation.

• Assist with documentation, filing, and communication between departments.
• Prepare reports and summaries related to ongoing maintenance projects.
• Support inventory tracking for equipment, tools, and materials used in maintenance work.
• Schedule meetings, track project timelines, and help with procurement documentation as needed.

• Diploma or certificate in Drafting, Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
• Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.).
• Strong understanding of building layouts, systems, and maintenance operations.
• Basic knowledge of facilities management practices is a plus.
• Solid administrative and organizational skills.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a bonus.
• Able to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
• Proficiency in Excel & Microsoft Word.
