1. Education
- High school Diploma or Engineering in Civil Department.
2. Technical Skills
- Proficiency in CAD software, especially:
- AutoCAD
- Revit
- Tekla Structures
- Cads RC or Rebar Plus
- Understanding of structural drawings and construction terminology
- Familiarity with:
- Steel or concrete detailing
- Basic structural engineering principles.
3. Soft Skills
- Good communication skills (to work with engineers and fabricators)
- Attention to detail
- Ability to follow instructions and work under supervision
- Time management and organization
4. Nationality
Preferred Philippines or Nepalis
