We Are Hiring – Kitchen In-Charge (Arabic Restaurant)
A well-established Arabic restaurant is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Kitchen In-Charge to lead and oversee the daily kitchen operations. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in Arabic cuisine and proven experience working in the UAE F&B industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise all kitchen operations and staff, ensuring high standards of food quality, hygiene, and efficiency.
- Ensure consistent preparation and presentation of authentic Arabic dishes.
- Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of the kitchen at all times.
- Monitor stock levels, place orders, and manage inventory efficiently.
- Enforce food safety and hygiene regulations as per UAE standards.
- Train, lead, and motivate kitchen staff for optimal performance.
- Work closely with management on menu development and cost control.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3–5 years of UAE experience in a similar role within an Arabic restaurant.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- In-depth knowledge of traditional Arabic dishes, preparation techniques, and kitchen operations.
- Excellent understanding of food safety and HACCP guidelines.
- Ability to work under pressure and lead a multicultural team.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
